1952 TEXAS PASSENGER #AP-9507
Plates had considerable rust, and one plate has rust pit marks across the entire surface. "TEXAS 52" smeared on one plate. Lettering paint shows heavy application texture marks, several spots in base paint. Will work on a driver car, but not our best work.

1949 TEXAS PASSENGER # KN-3151 Plates originally had bad dents and deep surface rust. One plate has several pits across entire face, the other has dents near bolt holes and outer edges that could not be repaired. Plates look OK for driver car, but not excellent. Vertical dents by letters are original die marks, not defects.

1930 TEXAS PASSENGER # 670-269 EDITED PHOTO. Long photos were stitched together. Base paint color is slightly off. Original plates were very rough and bent pretty bad. Several gentle surface dents still show. Both upper bolt holes were repaired on one plate and considerable filling primer was used. Will register with no problem.

1962 TEXAS PASSENGER # VD-367 Plates originally had a few spots of heavy edge rust, pits still show along outermost edges. One plate has a spot in the base paint left of the "V". We didn't want to repaint the plate, so we cut the price.

1962 TEXAS FARM TRUCK # 8Z-2964 These plates had a few spots of fairly heavy edge rust, and a few pits still show below TEXAS in one and along outer edges of both after repainting. Visible on close inspection, but probably will not show when plates are mounted on the truck. A dent under the star on each plates shows up close, but probably won't be seen when mounted on the truck. A nice and very usable set of plates for most trucks.

1963 TEXAS PASSENGER # AZ-7719 These plates had deep rust that still shows after painting on the left end and bottom of one plate. The other plate has slight roughness along bottom edge. Had to use fair amount of filler to repair. Overall a very usable set for a driver car.

"A" plate has noticeable dents in upper right corner and noticeable pits along bottom from bolt holes down. "B" plate is much better, but has noticeable pits along top edge and some minor pitting along bottom edge and near bolt holes.
