Return/Refund Policy
Texas Year of Manufacture License Plates
We want you to be completely satisfied with plates that you purchase from us. You may return the plates listed above within 10 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price (less shipping charges) if you are not satisfied with them by doing the following:
1. License plates must be in the same condition as shipped.
2. Plates shipped in sealed plastic bags must not be opened, or a $1.50 per plate repackaging fee
will be charged. Plates shipped with no bags or with unsealed bags are listed on your Final Invoice.
3. E-mail us within 10 days of receiving the plates to tell us which one(s) you want to
return and to obtain a Merchandise Return Authorization.
4. Pack the plates securely to prevent damage in shipment. We suggest enclosing plate(s) between
two pieces of stiff cardboard that are cut large enough to extend 1 inch around all edges of
the plate(s). Tape the two pieces of cardboard together to prevent the plates from sliding
out from between them during shipment.
5. Write the MRA number on the outside of the package (directions are included in the MRA).
6. We suggest that you insure the return shipment, as we are not responsible for
lost or damaged shipments.
7. Ship the return prepaid.
DELIVERY WILL BE REFUSED IF: (1) The plates are not shipped prepaid, or
(2) The plates are returned without a valid Merchandise Return
Authorization number written on the outside of the package.
Upon receipt of your plates in the same condition as they were originally sold, providing a MRA is first obtained, we will promptly refund your full purchase price less shipping charges.
License Plates (other than bulk purchases)
We want you to be completely satisfied with plates that you purchase from us. You may return the plates listed above within 10 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price (less shipping charges) if you are not satisfied with them by doing the following:

The following items are NOT covered by our 10-day Refund Policy and may not be returned for refund or credit:
Bulk license plates
Emergency equipment (lights, sirens, etc)
All items shown on the "Miscellaneous" page.
These items are sold "as-is" with no expressed or implied warranty. All sales of these items are final and these items may not be returned for refund or credit.
